ChatLucid provides a platform for managing AI chatbots using your own API keys (BYOK model). We do not provide AI services directly.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. API Key Usage

You must provide valid API keys from supported AI providers. You are responsible for all costs incurred with your AI provider.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. AI usage costs are separate and paid directly to your AI provider.

6. Intellectual Property

The ChatLucid platform and its original content remain the property of ChatLucid Inc. Your chatbot content and data remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

ChatLucid is not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI services or responses generated by your chatbots.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
